The TWC library aims to provide an environment conducive to learning to its trainees, faculty, and staff. It maintains an up-to-date collection of books, reports, periodicals, newsletters, audio-visual and other reference materials. Presently, it has 1,909 books, 558 magazines, 1,901 videos and other reference materials on technical vocational education and training, women and gender issues, human resource development, labor and employment, economies, and entrepreneurship. The books are placed on open shelves for easy access.
It is a place for community engagement, a platform for information sharing and a place for recreational activities that enhances the mind and encourages its stakeholders to continue their quest for knowledge and promote their own personal development. It has recently acquired KOHA, an open-source Library System, for the automation of library resources and easy retrieval of information.
