Assessment Center
THE TESDA Women's Center is an accredited assessment center in various Qualifications such as Automotive Servicing NC II, Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing NC II, Plumbing NC I and NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Electronics Products Assembly and Servicing NC II, Dressmaking NC II, Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I and NC II, Food Processing NC II, Barista NC II, Bartending NC II, Cookery NC II and Food and Beverage Services NC II. Application is open daily, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular assessment schedules are every Tuesday to Thursday.
Cafe Juana (Coffee Shop)
The Cafe Juana is the TWC's laboratory workshop for the trainees of Barista NC II. It also serves as the venue for the Supervised Work-Based Training designed to simulate the real work environment for the trainees who have completed their competency-based skills training in Barista NC II to practice and apply their learning in the actual workplace.
The Coffee Shop is located on the first floor of the TESDA Women's Center Building inside the Canteen. It serves specialty coffee drinks such as Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Cafe Latte, Macchiato, Iced Coffee, Frappe, Espresso Con Panna, and Cafe Mocha as its signature coffee. It is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Career Guidance and Counseling
The Guidance Program is an integral part of the Center's organization. The program provides different services that will allow the trainees to discover more about themselves and others, be open about their experiences, and understand the self and one another and also to campaign towards gender equality in their own sense and manner. Together with the Center's other programs and services, the Guidance Office also assists the other support personnel to achieve the holistic goal for its trainees and address the needs of its various clienteles.
Clinic
In case of a medical emergency, the trainee, after notifying her/his trainer may go or be brought to the TWC first-aid room located at the ground floor near the daycare center to receive first-aid and temporary medication from a Registered Nurse. The TESDA Central Office also extends its free dental (check-up) to the TWC trainees.
Daycare Center
The daycare center of TWC has a nursery room, playroom, pantry for preparing baby feed and food, toilet and shower room for toddlers and pre-school age. Daycare service is free for parent-trainees who need babysitting assistance while they are in training. It has a daycare worker who looks after and takes care of the children.
Dormitory
The TWC Dormitory has a 160-bed capacity. It has 9 air-conditioned rooms and 35 non-air conditioned rooms. It is located within the TESDA Complex, East Service Road, South Superhighway, Taguig City.
The priority clients are the TWC trainees and TESDA officials and personnel. It also accepts walk-in clients. Pls. call 09338127576 for inquiries.

Function Rooms
The TWC has function rooms dedicated for training and various events which can accommodate 30-40 persons; 50-70 persons, and even 200-270 persons.

Learning Resource Center / e-Library
The TWC library aims to provide an environment conducive to learning to its trainees, faculty, and staff. It maintains an up-to-date collection of books, reports, periodicals, newsletters, audio-visual and other reference materials. Presently, it has 1,909 books, 558 magazines, 1,901 videos and other reference materials on technical vocational education and training, women and gender issues, human resource development, labor and employment, economies, and entrepreneurship. The books are placed on open shelves for easy access.
It is a place for community engagement, a platform for information sharing and a place for recreational activities that enhances the mind and encourages its stakeholders to continue their quest for knowledge and promote their own personal development. It has recently acquired KOHA, an open-source Library System, for the automation of library resources and easy retrieval of information.
TWC Canteen
The TWC has a fully-air-conditioned, self-service cafeteria located on the first floor of the TESDA Women's Center building. It can accommodate up to 110 persons and serves breakfast, and lunch. It also provides catering services for meals of training participants holding training and seminars at the TESDA Women's Center, Central Office, and nearby offices within the TESDA Complex.
